Agnieszka has also undergone specialized training, including vestibular therapy through the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and earned her LSVT certification (Lee Silverman Voice Training) to provide effective care for patients with Parkinson’s Disease.

In 2020, Agnieszka opened her own private practice, Back2Life Physical Therapy and Wellness, focusing on treating outpatient orthopedic musculoskeletal disorders. After relocating to Flower Mound, TX, with her family, Agnieszka reopened her private practice in the area, continuing to specialize in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She utilizes a variety of manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations, manipulations, and neuromuscular re-education, along with strengthening and stabilization exercises to help her patients achieve optimal results. Agnieszka also incorporates Pilates-based exercises, utilizing her reformer, to ensure a comprehensive and effective treatment approach.

Dedicated to providing individualized care, Agnieszka tailors her treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. She offers one-on-one patient care to ensure the best outcomes. Fluent in both Polish and English, Agnieszka values clear communication and personalized attention in her practice.

Outside of her professional life, Agnieszka enjoys spending time with her husband Kris, their two children, Jacob and Natalia, and their dog, Lambo. The family enjoys snowboarding, hiking, bike riding, dancing, and traveling to new destinations, always seeking opportunities for adventure and creating lasting memories.

Agnieszka is an experienced physical therapist who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2006.
She later completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Governors State University in 2011.

Agnieszka’s passion for treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions has led her to make significant contributions to manual, physical therapy in Flower Mound, TX.

She started her career working full-time at an outpatient orthopedic clinic while also providing part-time care at an acute orthopedic hospital in the Chicago suburbs. In 2017, Agnieszka was honored as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT). This prestigious distinction is held by only around 2,000 physical therapists out of 200,000 practicing in the United States. Additionally, she is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, incorporating a Pilates-based approach to enhance her physical therapy treatments.
